Family photo

At the dawn of the Anthropocene, the family was considered the basic unit of society, held within a rigid model of a man, a woman, and children. Over time, toward the end of that era, transformations began to emerge: other forms of coexistence, diverse unions, and relationships that challenged tradition. However, it was only in the Technocene that boundaries fully dissolved, giving rise to a horizon of infinite genders, affections, and modes of relationship among humans, other species, objects, and artificial intelligences. The “family photo” no longer encloses but expands into unexpected constellations of belonging.
